In the course of my placement year as a Visual Designer in IBM iX London, I had the opportunity to create an identity for a couple of departments in IBM London. In this case, I was tasked to design an identity for the Public Sector department.
Given that the sector provides its services for the UK government, the approach of creating the identity was to come up with an emblem or in some way resembles the crown.
The identity was then displayed around their office space in the building with various marketing materials. The idea was to create a fresh identity for their workspace and their business approach.
